Canine Design use a third party provider to manage hosting, website maintenance and mailbox management to ensure information can be updated and technical issues be resolved. Everything is strictly confidential and information is only stored for its intended purpose.

Student Data is shared with Summit Training Group and City & Guilds to ensure all qualification records are up to date and processed correctly.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We keep contact form entries archived to enable better customer service. Analytics records are set to expire at 26 months to enable us to see data regarding visits to our website and compare it to the previous year. Customer purchase records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes and customer service records.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have made an enquiry over this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
